Public Safety Announcement
In the modern era, our surf breaks can be very crowded and it is dangerous. It’s important for surfers to exercise caution in crowded conditions. For beginners, choosing an uncrowded spot will give you the space to make the process of learning a lot more stress-free. That way, as your wave riding skills become more refined, you’ll be able to step up to the more popular, over-crowded breaks which makes it safer for everyone.
Report 2 / Rating: ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ of 10
Good Afternoon America! Monday’s second report shows more of the same. We have semi-choppy surf in the head high +/- range with moderate to strong NNW winds. At report time, large Nor’easter waves aren’t great but it’s rideable and occasionally look fun. On a positive note: The wind forecast is calling for lighter NW winds later today. Give it a look and check back for our next update tomorrow morning at Sunrise!
