Happy Sunday Afternoon! Report 3 shows our small swell has increased a bit with the high tide push. It’s in the thigh to chest high range with “variable” moderate to strong easterly winds and rainstorms in the area. Have a great Sunday afternoon!

In the Tropics

We have 2 Tropical Systems worth watching, (has there ever been a late August or early September when that didn’t happen)? The first, Tropical Storm Florence is moving towards the middle Atlantic, and a second just North of Cuba. At this point, Forecasters are calling for Tropical Storm Florence to stay away from the USA and the second will move across South Florida, (Keys) and into the Gulf, (Gulf coasters need to keep an eye on this one folks). Hopefully we’ll get some pumping surf without the negative impact of landfall. Keep an eye on the Tropics!
