Duval & St. John’s County Beaches are Now Open for Essential Activities [Restricted Time Frames]

Duval County Beaches are now open from 6AM to 11AM and evenings from 5PM to 8PM, and St. John’s County Beaches are open from 6AM to 12 PM daily, for essential activities, such as walking, running, swimming, fishing, and surfing.
