Good Morning Monday! We have continued large surf in the shoulder high to 3′ overhead range with light Northerly winds. It looks big, clean and fun for experienced surfers. Be safe and know your limits. It’s not a day for beginners or lessons. Enjoy and check back for updates.
IN THE TROPICS
As of this morning, TS Humberto became a Cat 1 Hurricane with max sustained winds at 85mph. It is forecast to stay East of Florida in the open Atlantic which is good news! Peak Season is here and Tropical Storm Events can happen through the month of October, [like Hurricane Sandy 10.28.2012]. Keep an eye on the Tropics!
