We are coming into peak Hurricane Season, a time when we get bigger, powerful waves. It’s a time that the line-up goes from crowded to extremely crowded and it is dangerous. It’s important for surfers to exercise caution in crowded conditions. For beginners, choosing an uncrowded spot will give you the space to make the process of learning to surf a lot more stress-free. That way, as your wave riding skills become more refined, you’ll be able to step up to the more popular, over-crowded breaks which makes it safer for everyone.

Happy Wednesday, Friends! Our second report shows semi-clean thigh to waist high range surf, and moderate winds out of the North. Winds are forecast to become NE later today. It ‘s rideable and there are some fun sections to be had. Give it a look and check back for our next update tomorrow morning at Sunrise.
