Public Safety Announcement
We are coming into peak Hurricane Season, a time when we get bigger, powerful waves. It’s a time that the line-up goes from crowded to extremely crowded and it is dangerous. It’s important for surfers to exercise caution in crowded conditions. For beginners, choosing an uncrowded spot will give you the space to make the process of learning to surf a lot more stress-free. That way, as your wave riding skills become more refined, you’ll be able to step up to the more popular, over-crowded breaks which makes it safer for everyone.

Happy Thursday, Friends! Our second report shows chest to head high range surf with strong, gusty winds out of the NNE. It’s very drifty and not looking great but it’s rideable if you’re into a Nor’easter session. Give it a look and check back for the next update tomorrow morning at Sunrise.
