Public Safety Announcement 

We are coming into peak Hurricane Season, a time when we get bigger, powerful waves. It’s a time that the line-up goes from crowded to extremely crowded and it is dangerous. It’s important for surfers to exercise caution in crowded conditions. For beginners, choosing an uncrowded spot will give you the space to make the process of learning to surf a lot more stress-free. That way, as your wave riding skills become more refined, you’ll be able to step up to the more popular, over-crowded breaks which makes it safer for everyone.

Happy Monday, Friends! Our second report shows semi-clean surf in the waist high +/- range with light North winds. The waves are smaller compared to the last few days but it’s fun regardless. Bring the wetsuit top if you’re going for it, and check back for our next update tomorrow morning at Sunrise!
