Report 2 – 1:00 PM
Good Afternoon Thursday! Our choppy surf continues and it’s looking larger with the incoming tide push. We have waves in the chest high +/- range with moderate to strong ESE winds and a strong current to the north. It’s a beautiful day, give it a peek! Northeast Florida’s Beaches are Open for Essential Activities
NASSAU – DUVAL – ST JOHNS [COUNTIES]
Jacksonville’s Mayor Curry announced that in collaboration with Beaches Mayors Latham, Glasser and Brown, beginning Wednesday May 6th, 2020 we are lifting all beach restrictions in Duval County. That means there will be no restrictions on hours or activities, allowing all our citizens to once again enjoy our pristine coastline. Please continue to practice social distancing and keep group sizes small so we can keep this freedom. (Pertaining to COVID-19 Click Here to see CDC Guidelines).
