Public Safety Announcement
In the modern era, our surf breaks can be very crowded and it is dangerous. It’s important for surfers to exercise caution in crowded conditions. For beginners, choosing an uncrowded spot will give you the space to make the process of learning a lot more stress-free. That way, as your wave riding skills become more refined, you’ll be able to step up to the more popular, over-crowded breaks which makes it safer for everyone.
Report 2 / Time: 9:30 AM / Rating: ★★★ of 10
Happy Sunday, Friends! Our second report shows knee high range surf with light to moderate WNW winds and intermittent rain in the area. Note:With the passing of a cold front, the winds are forecast to become stronger-colder out of the NW later this morning. At report time, the waves look slightly larger-better than earlier this morning, [it’s not great at all but it looks rideable.] If you’re taking a look bring the small wave gear, a wetsuit, and check back for our next update tomorrow at Sunrise!
