In the modern era, our surf breaks can be very crowded and it is dangerous. It’s important for surfers to exercise caution in crowded conditions. For beginners, choosing an uncrowded spot will give you the space to make the process of learning a lot more stress-free. That way, as your wave riding skills become more refined, you’ll be able to step up to the more popular, over-crowded breaks which makes it safer for everyone.

Happy Friday, Friends! Our second report shows semi-choppy, thigh to waist-high range surf, with light NE winds. At report time, the waves are barely breaking with the higher tide but occasional sets are rideable, [especially  for the small wave gear.] Grab the small wave gear, give it a look, and check back for our next update tomorrow morning at Sunrise!

The Tropical Season is here, it begins on June 1st and goes through November 30th. The forecast is calling for an “above average” Season this year in 2024. Keep an eye on the Tropics!
